A method for everybody
At Method by G, I offer a variety of reformer Pilates classes at my Roma studio, with sessions running on weekday mornings (between 5 and 7 am) and on weekend mornings. Each class runs for 50 minutes, with prices starting from $30 per session. Discounted rates are available through class pass packages.
REFORMER METHOD (INSTRUCTOR LED)
Reformer Method is a sophisticated blend of classical pilates foundations and contemporary, choreographed flow.
Each class emphasises precision, alignment, and control before progressing into seamless, intelligently curated sequences. Each session hones in on a specific focus—be it a muscle group or movement pattern—offering intentional movement, lyrical cueing, and layered progressions tailored to meet you where you are. Whether you're new to Pilates, a seasoned practitioner, or navigating pre- or post-natal movement, this open-level class offers accessible variations and meaningful modifications to support your unique body.
STRENGTH METHOD (INSTRUCTOR LED)
Our Strength Method sessions are designed to elevate your training. With a strong focus on building strength and muscular endurance, each class incorporates dynamic, functional movement to enhance mobility, stability, and overall performance.
If you're new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend taking 3–4 Reformer Method classes first to build a solid foundation before progressing into Strength Method. Tailored options are available for every body - including those in pre- and post-natal stages - ensuring you feel supported, safe and strong throughout your workout.
ANYTIME ON DEMAND
Intended for clients with moderate experience and confidence on reformer machines, train on your schedule with full access to our studio reformer machines and a library of hundreds of guided video workouts, including pre and post natal. Move at your own pace with expert-led sessions designed to suit moderate to advanced workouts.

From shed to studio
I’m Geo Haire, founder of Method by G and a lifelong lover of movement. I grew up dancing - Ballet, Jazz, and Dance Aerobics were a huge part of my life - and that’s where my connection to the body and movement really began. Over time, that passion naturally led me to Pilates, which became a grounding, energising part of my everyday life.
During my first pregnancy, I transitioned from home mat workouts to reformer pilates and felt a real shift. I found strength and clarity in a way I hadn’t before. It inspired me to start sharing what I’d learned - first with friends and family in a backyard shed, and eventually in my own studio located in Roma, central Queensland.
The six core principles of Pilates - Concentration, Control, Centring, Flow, Precision, and Breath - are at the heart of everything I teach. But how you move through them is entirely your own. This practice is about tuning in, moving with intention, and discovering what strength and balance mean for you.
Every body is different, and every session I offer is at my studio, Method by G, is shaped around your pace, your goals, and your life. Whether you're looking to build strength, reconnect with movement, or simply take time for yourself, I’m here to support you and your method.
